Fail We May, Sail We Must is an exhibition at The Brown Collection spanning six centuries of works that reveal themselves on a second look. It is curated by British artist Glenn Brown and his husband and museum co-founder Edgar Laguinia. The show presents ninety historic and contemporary paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints and ceramics, including spliced collages, double images and deceptive figures. Unfolding thematically across the museum's four floors, it features artists such as Salvador Dalí, George Condo, John Stezaker, Fiona Rae and Rebecca Warren.
