Full Moon Gong Immersion: gong meditation, Simone Salvatici.

A sound meditation ceremony held under the full moon at The Old Church in Stoke Newington. Sound healing therapist and ambient musician Simone Salvatici guides a gong meditation, with a short guided relaxation followed by a meditative soundscape of planetary gongs, Himalayan bowls, bells, conch, flutes and more. The session is intended for self-reflection and co-creation through sound, with tones and silence said to encourage relaxation and an altered state of consciousness. It is limited to 35 people, registration is required, and no meditation experience is needed; guests should bring a mat and blanket and wear warm clothes.
