About

Sound Bath Meditation is a session of therapeutic sounds from gongs, singing bowls, flutes, drums, voice and other instruments, meant to calm the mind, reduce stress, relieve anxiety and bring deep relaxation. It is run by Harmony Complementary Therapy and hosted at Manor House Library. Attendees need only to stay quiet and as still as possible for about an hour to keep a peaceful atmosphere. Anyone under 18 needs their own ticket and must come with a ticket-holding parent, legal guardian or approved chaperone.
