About
A solo piano recital by pianist and composer Nicolas Namoradze at Wigmore Hall. His programme pairs original works by Beethoven, Bach and Ravel with his own arrangements for piano, including transcriptions of Beethoven's Grosse Fuge and Ravel's Daphnis and Chloé. Namoradze made his career breakthrough in 2018 as winner of the triennial Honens International Piano Competition, and is noted for eloquent, nuanced playing. The concert lasts approximately two hours, including an interval, and will also be live streamed in HD.
