About
Sound is Now! is an evening of music in which musicians from across the music spectrum perform and improvise together on stage. It is presented by the sound activist Charles Hayward, who continues to investigate the edges of possibility and creativity in music with events that defy genre in search of the new. For this special edition, part of the EFG London Jazz Festival 2026, Charles is joined by Mo Phoenix on vocals and guitar and Yoni Silver on piano and bass clarinet, with the full line-up to be announced soon. The one-time-only event is open to ages 14+ and lasts three hours.
