Stir-up Sunday at Gunnersbury is a hands-on event for children at Gunnersbury Park & Museum in London, run by the museum itself. It invites children to step back in time and experience what it was like to be a Victorian servant preparing for Christmas in a grand mansion. Through interactive role play they take on jobs such as grinding sugar and spices, rolling pastry and stirring a traditional plum pudding, while learning about Victorian Christmas foods and traditions. There is also festive decoration making and other hands-on activities, suitable for children aged 4 and over.
