About

A guided walking tour exploring Bhajan Hunjan's public art, beginning with samples in the Nunnery Gallery before visiting her public commissions around the local area. It is led by Kuda Mushangi, an award-winning London-based artist and architect whose practice explores migration, memory and belonging. The walk takes in sites speaking to East London's histories of migration, settlement, activism and community-building, including works in Stroudley Walk and on St Paul's Way made with local schools and communities. Participants are invited to consider how public space holds multiple histories and to share their own memories and reflections.
