Craft Your Own Glögg: A Nordic Experience is a hands-on workshop where participants make their own glögg infusion to steep at home for the holidays. Chef Ulrika Bengtsson demonstrates how she prepares her traditional Swedish wine glögg live, while guests enjoy tastings and learn the history, spices, and techniques behind the festive favorite.
