About
A session of the five-week course 'How to Develop Bodhicitta', part of the Discovering Buddhism series, held online via Zoom. It is taught by Gus Cutz, an FPMT-certified teacher with some 25 years of Buddhist practice who has facilitated the series since 2012, and explores how to develop the mind of bodhicitta, the wish to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. The course covers step-by-step instructions, meditations on exchanging self for others, the 18 bodhisattva vows, and distinctions between often-confused concepts such as self-esteem and self-cherishing. Students may join at any point in the cycle.
