Memoirs of Amorous Gentlemen

Memoirs of Amorous Gentlemen is a new musical adapted from Moyoco Anno's hit manga graphic novel, the first English-language musical adaptation of a manga. It follows Colette, a witty young dreamer in 20th-century Paris who works at a brothel, chronicles her eccentric clients' fantasies and sorrows, and cannot escape her attachment to her childhood love Léon. The show has songs by the late Tony-winning composer Duncan Sheik, a book by Leah Nanako Winkler, and direction and choreography by Rob Ashford. It stars Sophia Anne Caruso as Colette alongside Cory Jeacoma as Léon and runs 90 minutes without intermission.
