Reginald Chapman's Chaphouse

Reginald Chapman's Chaphouse is a live music night at LunÀtico, a bar with a full dinner and cocktail menu where guests are invited to come early to eat. The evening offers two sets, led by Reginald Chapman Jr., a Brooklyn-based musician originally from Richmond, Virginia and Champaign, Illinois who holds a Doctorate in Jazz. Chaphouse is the Brooklyn-based incarnation of his musical journey, in which he blends his classical and jazz training with a love of Hip-Hop beat tapes and experimental Electronic music to forge a signature sound. He is joined by Sophia Byrd and Yah Yah El on vocals, Ryan Easter on trumpet, Julia Chen on piano, Kevin Raczca on drums, and Maxx Spinelli on bass, while Chapman himself plays trombone, bass and trumpet.
