Restoration Friday at Highland Park
Meeting at the Vermont Place Parking Lot
About
Restoration Friday at Highland Park is a volunteer event caring for a vernal pool. NYC Parks and The Forest Park Trust invite people to remove invasive species and protect planted native ones. All tools are provided and no prior experience is needed; volunteers should wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and long pants and bring a water bottle. Advance registration is required, and the group meets at the Vermont Place Parking Lot.
