Small Plates Choreography Festival: short dance works.
About
The Small Plates Choreography Festival is a curated showcase of short dance works by artists from New York City and cities across the United States. It was founded in 2012 by Beth McKee Elliott to create meaningful performance opportunities for choreographers and dancers. Selected by a panel of dance professionals, the performance brings together artists at every stage of their careers with a wide range of artistic perspectives and styles. The festival also builds community through performance, dialogue, and professional networking, and expands the conversation through its podcast, The Dance Maker.
