7:00 Bekenntnis-Buddhas

"Bekenntnis-Buddhas" is a sung Buddhist prayer practice (puja) with meditation at the Kadampa Meditationszentrum. It is held by the Kadampa Meditationszentrum Schweiz, which regularly offers pujas to experience inspiration, strength and protection. By asking the Buddhas for help, one receives their blessings and the mind becomes broad and positive. Everyone is warmly invited; the pujas are free and no registration is needed.
