Der Lachs der Weisheit - Eine Liebesgeschichte aus Irland mit irischer Musik

An evening of theatre filled with Irish music, from tender folk to the punk of the Pogues. In Brian Cleeve's story „Cait und ich“, a narrator looks back on his youth and his first love, gently playing with the great Irish fairytale of the Salmon of Knowledge. Daniel Rohr performs the tale, an idea and concept he also devised, with Peter Schweiger directing, while a band with Uilleann pipes, fiddle, accordion and bodhrán weaves around twenty ballads plus jigs and reels into the telling. The 70-minute co-production with TAK Theater Liechtenstein and Phoenix-Theater Steckborn is a Stern-Theater-Produktion.
