A weekly antenatal group class that combines pregnancy education, birth preparation and social connection. It is led by Amy, a medical professional, birth doula and mother of two. Participants can join for all six weeks to cover the full course syllabus or drop in when they can. The classes in English take place on Mondays, those in German on Saturdays.
