About
Mawiba – Meet, dance, relax is a dance class for pregnant people and for those carrying their baby in a wrap. The instructor is Jennifer Quies, a certified MAWIBA Baby and MAWIBA Pre trainer. Dancing is meant to support the pelvic floor and posture; a babywearing consultation is recommended before the course, and joining the baby course is possible after the postnatal check-up.
