STÜTZLIWÖSCH SUPERTRANS – UNO / DUE / TRE brings the grand finale of the three-part theatre series by Swiss author Kay Matter to the stage of the Schauspielhaus Zürich in one evening. The three parts were staged over the course of the season by different directing positions – Dennis Nolden, *OTHER ISSUES and Sarah* Claire Wray. A high-calibre emerging generation tells, in collaboration, of an ambivalent father-child relationship, of self-confidence and shame, of frustration and unconditional love. It follows Matteo and his ailing father Aldo: from a road trip to Italy through the sinister village of Belbuio to a post-apocalyptic thriller about masculinity, queerness and recognition.
