Symposium Biovision: shaping the future of food together.

At its symposium, Biovision invites people to the Volkshaus Zürich to discuss, under the title «Gut, besser, gemeinsam: Zusammen die Zukunft der Ernährung gestalten», how cooperation can contribute to healthy soils, fair incomes and sustainable nutrition. The organisation Biovision is behind the event, and the afternoon is moderated by its managing director Anders Gautschi. Together with guests from Tanzania and Switzerland, successful projects, political processes and innovative approaches along the food value chain will be presented, such as a dairy in Tanzania and a lupin mill in Switzerland. The symposium takes place in German and English with simultaneous interpretation and ends with tastings and information stands for exchange.
