An evening of songs, texts and poems by Bertolt Brecht, combining literature and music. It is hosted by mezzo-soprano Luzia Ostermann, bass Andrew Munn and pianist Jacob Greenberg at Helle Panke e.V. – Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Berlin. The evening honours Karl-Heinz Drescher (1936–2011), who from 1962 to 1999 designed posters, programmes and publications for the Berliner Ensemble, with his type and photo posters shaping the face of East Berlin. The three musicians invite the audience on a journey in thought through Brecht's texts of headwinds, wet meadows, migrating birds and the time of exile.
