Für Narges Mohammadi
Deutsches Theater, Schumannstraße 13a, 10117 Berlin, Mitte
About
A literary evening in the theater's Rangfoyer dedicated to the Iranian Nobel Peace Prize laureate Narges Mohammadi. Jasmin Tabatabai reads, while Daniela Sepehri moderates the evening. Despite prison, repression and torture, Mohammadi fearlessly campaigns for political change in her homeland. The evening is dedicated to freedom, democracy and equal rights for women in Iran and takes place in cooperation with btb Verlag and PEN Berlin.
