The Gotisches Haus, the oldest burgher house in Berlin, lets you experience a piece of old Spandau history. Behind the exhibition stands the Stadtgeschichtliches Museum Spandau, which is based in the Zeughaus on the Citadel. The exhibition on the upper floor, reworked in 2019, first looks at the history of the late Gothic building with its ribbed vault, where finds such as glazed stove tiles and coins hold secrets. The tour then tells of everyday life in the town and invites visitors to join in with singing, guessing games and acting.
