How to Barista - Basic is a workshop that introduces the world of baristas and teaches how to make really good espresso. Participants learn about espresso extraction, tamping, grind size and steaming and pouring milk and oat milk, and practise making espressos and cappuccinos themselves on the espresso machine. The course is run by Kaffee Kirsche, which trains small groups of at most four participants under professional guidance for a price of 159 €. At the end there is a goodie bag of espresso to continue at home, plus a certificate of participation after successfully completing the course.
