A workshop offering a look at the entire curation process of a film program. It accompanies the FOCUS program Revolutionary Women of West Asia, which treats feminist and revolutionary perspectives in the region. Step by step, it follows how a program takes shape, what conceptional decisions have to be made, and which knowledge, expertise and networks are essential for responsible curation. Taking two films as examples, it also provides insight into the specific challenges of curatorial practice.
