About

“Justices” is a theatre production by Clément Papachristou and the Théâtre National Wallonie-Bruxelles. Loosely based on Dante's “Divine Comedy”, the visually powerful piece asks what is just and what rights and duties people with disabilities have in court proceedings. Vincent, a person with Down syndrome, refuses to be seen as legally incapacitated and demands the right to be judged like any other citizen. Humour, song, theatre and interactive performance invite the audience to question their own prejudices.
