About
The exhibition “Metaxy” is an art show about destruction and rebuilding in three chapters: houses, soils, times. It is created by numerous contemporary artists and spatial practitioners, including works by Lebbeus Woods, Feda Wardak and the collective Open Group. It explores what happens to places lost to armed conflicts and the consequences of the climate crisis, and how remembering and cultural reappropriation can succeed. The exhibition architecture traces the floor plans of destroyed apartments of the Hansaviertel at the site itself.
