About
An evening of live performance titled "Modal States: Urban Metabolism" at the Hošek Contemporary space on the ship MS Heimatland at Märkisches Ufer. Behind it is Leon Eckard, a Berlin-trained artist and musician whose practice explores the logic and illogic of the biological, psychological and social systems we live in. His performances are built with open-source software, custom-built electronic systems and found objects, and are conceived as open processes that respond to their environment, the participants and himself.
