About
"Staatssicherheitsinhaftierung" is a special exhibition showing 100 portrait photographs of former political prisoners of the German Democratic Republic's state security service. The pictures are the work of photographer André Wagenzik, who portrayed one hundred people persecuted for wanting freedom and for their political beliefs, recalling the importance of liberty, democracy and the rule of law.
