About

ENCOUNTERS is a comprehensive survey exhibition of the Berlin-based artist Tanja Ostojić at Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien. It brings together central works from the past 25 years alongside new productions spanning performance, video, installation and conceptual art. Since the 1990s the artist has addressed migration, body politics, gender relations and institutional mechanisms of power and exclusion. An accompanying programme with an artist talk, round table and workshop deepens the themes; admission is free.
