Theater Strahl auf Tour: Typen
Theater Strahl Berlin
About
"Typen" is a mask and beatbox theatre piece about four boys named Luca, Chris, Quinn and Robin and their everyday life between the skatepark, the school desk and the bedroom. It shows friendships, status games and role images, asking what holds the four together, when they feel strong or alone, and whether boys always have to be cool. With mask play, live music and beatboxing the audience is pulled right into the action; joining them is Mando, European beatbox champion and world champion in loopstation beatboxing. Behind the production is the Berlin company Theater Strahl, with direction and masks by Michael Vogel.
