About

An evening of documentary film about lesbian women in the GDR, followed by a conversation with a contemporary witness. Director Barbara Wallbraun lets six protagonists tell their life stories openly and honestly, deliberately writing history from below in a subjective way. The award-winning film received the debut prize of the Queerscope association and the audience award of the Lesbian and Gay Film Days Hamburg. Protagonist Elke Prinz will be there to answer questions after the screening; admission is free.
