"Was ist los mit der Welt?!" is a comedy presented as a preview performance at the Schlosspark Theater. Author Gur Koren (translated into German by Aaron Pollock) tells of the late Razya, who instead of quiet mourning brings pointed verbal sparring to her shiv'a. Outraged that her son has separated from his wife, she launches one last mission, taking her taciturn husband Yitzchak on a turbulent trip into the big city. Between hipster cafés and buzzwords like YOLO and FOMO, two people "of the old school" collide with a younger generation – a moving evening about family, love and life's big questions.
