About
A lunchtime lecture introducing the exhibition "Renoir and Love". Chiara Di Stefano, Associate Curator of Post-1800 Paintings, explores how Pierre-Auguste Renoir became one of the great painters of human connection. She looks at the themes, ideas and artistic developments at the heart of the exhibition, from dance halls to quiet moments between friends and families. The talk takes place in the Pigott Theatre on level -1 of the Sainsbury Wing.
