About
Hame. Teeth. CLUB. is a darkly comedic one-woman play placing a working-class Scottish young woman at the centre of her own narrative. Written by Kari Hall and directed by Jessie Wren Jacobs, presented by Iona Bremner Productions and Sláinte! Theatre. It follows Morgan Shields, a hedonistic party girl who, after a sexual assault, is forced to confront her lack of ambition, her personal chaos, and the emptiness of being believed while no one stands by her side. Written in a blend of colloquial Scots and English, it tackles how communities treat survivors of assault, complicity, and female friendship.
