About
Larger Than Life: Starring Wallace & Gromit, Shaun and More is a 50-minute looping immersive show at Lightroom, where state-of-the-art projection fills four 11-metre tall walls and the floor. It celebrates the 50th anniversary of the four-time Oscar-winning Aardman studio, telling how its legendary films and characters are built one tiny, hand-crafted move at a time. Visitors journey from the kitchen table where school friends Peter Lord and David Sproxton first experimented to the finished masterpieces, with iconic cinematic moments, archival treasures, new animation and a look behind the scenes at sets, props and an animator at work. Made in close collaboration with the Aardman production team and designed by Journey, it is suitable for ages 2 to 100.
