About
Parkinson’s & Neurological Movement Class with Move into Wellbeing is a dedicated class for people living with Parkinson’s and neurological conditions, taking place in the Clore Learning Studio at the Learning Hub & Yard in the grounds of Chiswick House & Gardens. It is run by Move into Wellbeing®, a charity founded in 2014 by former professional dancer Donna Schoenherr, inspired by her father who lived with Parkinson’s for 30 years. The class offers dance and movement set to music, designed to enhance mobility, balance, strength and neurological connections, with sessions led by experienced instructors supported by dedicated helpers. The specialist classes, devised by the instructors at Ballet4Life®, aim to improve physical mobility and support the mental and emotional wellbeing of people living with Parkinson’s, ME, MS, dementia and other neurological conditions.
