Mapping Queens: Stewards of Historic Houses & Heritage Sites

Mapping Queens: Stewards of Historic Houses & Heritage Sites is a panel conversation held at the Lewis Latimer House, a historic house museum in Flushing. It is part of Mapping Queens, a conversation series within Flushing Town Hall's Queens Cultural Mapping Initiative, moderated by Natalie Bedon, the initiative's project manager. Panelists Carl Ballenas, Debby Silverfine, Kelsey Brow and Ran Yan, leaders of Queens historic sites, discuss preserving the borough's diverse histories while keeping these places vibrant for arts, education and community. The evening ends with an audience Q&A and community mixer, with drinks and light refreshments available.
