About

An exhibition of new oil paintings by Rita Lundqvist at Tanya Bonakdar Gallery. The Swedish-born artist's intimately scaled works depict spare, mysterious scenes of figures and objects, marked by subdued colors, flattened forms, and a stark horizon line that invites quiet contemplation. This is her fourth exhibition with the gallery and her first there in nearly ten years.
