About

Sandra Mazoy: Revelations is an opening reception for a solo show of works on paper and large-scale paintings. Space Gallery presents Mexican-born, Madrid-based artist Sandra Mazoy in her inaugural US exhibition, built around her signature abstract language of form and color. She conceives the works as a way of sharing her emotions and way of perceiving the world, with each painting treated as a revelation, a fragment of her inner universe that becomes visible. Her process begins with lines that form balanced compositions, with color added afterward to complete and transform each piece.
