STEAM Lab: Design Your Own Board Game
About
STEAM Lab: Design Your Own Board Game is a hands-on workshop for teens at the Bayside branch of the Queens Public Library. It is run by the library as part of its STEM program offerings. Participants will plan a game, research game mechanics, design their play area and pieces, and figure out how to play-test their creation. Craft materials and makerspace tools such as 3Doodler Pens and the Cricut Machine are provided, and no prior experience is required, with attendance first-come, first-served.
