Christoph Haerle – Beton und Nagellack
Galerie & Edition Stephan Witschi, Limmatstrasse 214, Industriequartier
About
«Beton und Nagellack» is an exhibition of works in pigmented concrete, opened with a Vernissage. It comes from the artist and architect Christoph Haerle, who has worked with concrete for many years, keeps refining his technique of coloured concrete and explores the limits of the material together with the possibilities of colour. Landscape and plant motifs are his starting point: he first paints them as miniature studies with nail polish on tracing paper before they take on physical presence in concrete.
