About
The exhibition «Schillernde Blasen. Friedrich Glauser – Nando von Arb» brings two worlds together at Galerie Litar. Comic artist Nando von Arb and the writer Friedrich Glauser, born 100 years apart, deal with astonishingly close and topical themes: childhood, illnesses, real and imagined oppressions. Von Arb's graphic novel «Fürchten lernen» is staged in the room, accompanied by Glauser's narrative «Damals in Wien», and new images created especially for the exhibition lead a journey through time from 1900 to the present. The show is curated by Christa Baumberger and is a cooperation between Litar and the Wien Museum.
