About
«Slacker» is a feature film shown as a screening. Behind the work stands US filmmaker Richard Linklater, who also appears in the film. It follows loosely connected figures in Texas drifting through a day of quirky thoughts, coincidences and encounters – a satirical portrait of Generation X that paved the way for 1990s American independent cinema and brought the term «slacker» into common usage.
