About
It is a reading by author Lydia Betz-Michels from her book „Freliczka – Das Aufbegehren des Fräuleins“. It tells of the young noblewoman Eva von Tiele-Winckler, born in 1866, who lives sheltered within the thick walls of her parents' castle. At thirteen she loses her beloved mother and thereafter begins to hope for something unheard of: to leave the path predetermined for a woman of her station. The Steglitz author takes listeners on a journey back to the late 19th century.
