About
The exhibition "Grafiken von Iris Ulbricht" presents works in the museum café of Spandovia Sacra. Dr. Iris Ulbricht, who grew up in Spandau, worked in the international turbomachinery industry after her doctorate in aerospace engineering before beginning an art degree in 2015. She works with realistic and photorealistic painting, exploring dystopia, emotion, illusion and time in large-format oil paintings as well as drawings in charcoal, graphite and ink. Her works engage with the tension between external image and inner reality and are closely tied to West Berlin.
