About

At a book presentation at the Huguenot Museum Berlin, the historian and publicist Jochen Thies presents his new book on the history of the Huguenots. The BeBra Verlag publishes the book in 2026. In it, Thies follows the paths of the religious refugees from the religious struggles of the 13th century to the exodus from France in 1685, telling of persecution, steadfastness and outstanding personalities. After a welcome by Pastor Sabine Beyer, he talks with the publisher Dr. Dirk Palm, and the publishing house invites guests to a champagne reception afterwards.
