This exhibition at Galerie Wedding brings together video works and a multitude of ceramic objects. It is a project by the Korean-German artist Frank Jimin Hopp, curated by Eylem Sengezer with curatorial assistance from Philipp Hennch and Kaya Peters. The show explores the memories of the first generation of South Korean miners and nurses who came to Germany in the 1960s and 1970s, presenting diasporic memory as a living archive built through interviews, encounters and a collaborative artistic process.
