Rote Samurai-Rüstung des Ii-Clans (Okegawa Nimai Dō) is a complete suit of samurai armor on display at the Samurai Museum Berlin. Dating from Japan's Azuchi-Momoyama period (1573–1603), an era of profound political upheaval and military innovation, it comprises a helmet, face mask and protection for the shoulders, arms and thighs. The Samurai Museum Berlin, Europe's only museum devoted exclusively to samurai culture, history and way of life, holds more than 4,000 original historical objects.
