About
A diploma production by the Ernst Busch drama academy, directed by Ruslán Viktorov in a stage version by Ruslán Viktorov and Jule Martenson. It follows Person X, who lives through a panic attack and identifies with a character from a Kafka novel, finding themselves as Josef K., suddenly on trial without knowing the charge. The evening asks how people use art, literature and intellectualization to shield themselves from pain, shame and real injury. It also examines how abuse, homophobia and repressed guilt shape the lives of queer people.
