About
A special exhibition about the changing nature and significance of remembrance. The Dokumentationszentrum NS-Zwangsarbeit presents it at the historical site of a former Nazi forced labor camp, using objects from its collection to show personal, family and public forms of remembering forced labor. Students from Archenhold-Gymnasium, participants of an international youth encounter and local neighbors co-created the exhibition. Interactive stations invite visitors to do their own research and reflect on the past, present and future of remembrance and its meaning for a democratic society.
